RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return and/or exchange, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition and packaging (if applicable) that you received it in within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately after 30 days, we are unable to process any returns or exchanges.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Email support@thewht.com or contact us via the contact page with a detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval you will receive further instructions and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. (*You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please note that when you are sending item(s) back that we do not cover any custom fees for returns).

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: support@thewht.com

Sale/Promotion items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. All sale items are final and unfortunately, no return/exchanges will be allowed.  

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.

Invalid Reasons:

Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at TheWhtCo. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

Buyer found/has fit issues - as per our policy your item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition and packaging (if applicable) that you received it in within 30 days of purchase. Each item is custom made for you, so please double check your order and sizing requests as we do not accept returns/refunds for sizing or fit issues.
